This kit comes with your choice of two caliper options so you can match your budget and your build:

• Full OEM Ultra Bee Brake System – The genuine Ultra Bee caliper and brake system. Delivers the strongest braking power, more back pressure for sharper lever feel and modulation, and the highest overall build quality for riders who want no-compromise performance and the best possible feel.
• Replica Ultra Bee Brake System – A lower-cost replica caliper that still delivers strong, reliable braking power. Compared to the OEM system, the replica is slightly less powerful with a bit less back pressure, so lever feel is marginally softer, and overall build quality is a step below the genuine unit. A great-value option for riders who want a major upgrade over stock, or typical mtb brakes at a lower price.

Both options bolt on using the included conversion mount and deliver dramatically stronger, more reliable stopping power than your stock e-bike brakes, or any typically mtb brakes. The difference comes down to feel, back pressure, and build quality — the OEM system is the top-tier choice, while the replica offers strong performance for less.

The Ultra Bee brake kit is designed to fit  Super73 (Super 73 / ZX / RX / S2), Macfox (Mac Fox X1 / X1S / X2 / X7), Ridstar (Rid Star Q20 / Q20 Pro / E26), Zooz (Ultra Urban / UU), Freego, and many other similar-style e-bikes. The included conversion mount adapts your stock rear brake mount for a clean, bolt-on install.

Please note: Some Macfox models — including the Macfox X2 and Macfox X7 — may require replacing the stock brake post with a standard 180mm post mount adapter. These are inexpensive and widely available at your local bike shop or online (search "180mm post mount brake adapter" on Amazon or similar). Rotor Size
This kit ships with a 220mm rotor. For best results, confirm the 220mm rotor clears your bike's stock setup before install. Can, be swapped for 240mm rotor, upon email.
