Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing times vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, and whether an item is in stock or on preorder.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays unless otherwise stated.
Submitting an order does not guarantee same-day or next-day shipment.
Shipping Estimates
Estimated shipping and delivery dates shown at checkout or on product pages are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:

Overbuilt is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
Preorders
Some products are sold as preorders.
Estimated lead times are listed on the product page and are provided as estimates only.
Lead times may change due to manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, freight delays, customs inspections, quality control, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Purchasing a preorder indicates that you understand and accept these potential delays.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers selected by Overbuilt.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and service that best fits your order unless a specific shipping service was purchased during checkout.
Responsibility After Shipment
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier and live tracking has been generated, responsibility for transportation transfers to the carrier.
Overbuilt cannot control carrier operations after a shipment has been handed off.
We are not responsible for delays, routing errors, missed delivery attempts, weather-related interruptions, or other carrier-related issues once the package is in transit.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery updates or scheduling requests.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
For orders valued at $100 USD or less, Overbuilt may assist customers in filing claims or finding a reasonable resolution on a case-by-case basis.
For orders exceeding $100 USD, customers may be required to work directly with the shipping carrier unless additional shipping insurance was purchased (if offered).
Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are generally not considered lost.
Stolen Packages
Overbuilt is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
If a package is stolen after delivery, we recommend:

Contacting the shipping carrier.

Checking with neighbors or household members.

Contacting your local law enforcement agency if theft is suspected.
While we may attempt to assist where possible, replacement or reimbursement for stolen packages is not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered:

Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be rerouted or reshipped.

Orders returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address may be subject to return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.
Overbuilt is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.
Returned or Refused Shipments

Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the package before opening it.

Take photos of the product and any damaged packaging.

Contact Overbuilt within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect our ability to assist with carrier claims.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory availability or warehouse location.
Additional tracking numbers will be provided when applicable.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any applicable:

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.
Overbuilt is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges imposed by the destination country.

The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
